Strength Trainer, Available Weights, RIR, Automatic Adjustments
planned (tbd)

Example from another App,
You give the App the "available weights" for each exercise and the App is giving you recommendations on how many reps with what weight you should do after the first assessment training.
e.g. You choose 3x10x/10kg 2RIR for Hammer Curls, you start your training... you get to 8 with 0RIR, the App now automatically changes the next Set to e.g. 6x/10KG 2RIR and so on.
Is such a Feature planned or is this not the goal?

RIR logging for strenght trainer and Mesocycle planning

Hi Bevel Team,
the new update is great — I even switched from monthly to annual. Two features I’d still really appreciate:
• RIR tracking in the Strength Trainer
• The ability to plan a full mesocycle with peak week and deload
Thanks for the continued improvements!

Any chance we can give the workouts part of the app a bit of a revamp. It’s good and does just enough but I feel like it lacks some features. I personally train top-set-first and like to train with RIR, would be nice to be able to add a RIR badge to each set BUT if not, at least a notes section per workout so I can memo some information about what the goal is or how the workout went. Please and thank you.

APPROXIMATION SERIES IN EXERCISES
Julen Fernandez
Hello, the series, repeats, etc. are very good, but it would be great if they integrate approach series before the real series; besides, if they already play the RIR (Repetitions in the bedroom) it would be great.

Add RIR (Reps In Reserve) Tracking Feature to Bevel

Boyy
I’d like to request a new feature similar to the one shown in the attached image.
In the Gymverse app, after completing each exercise set, it asks the user: “How many more reps could you do?”
This helps estimate RIR (reps in reserve) and optimizes the user’s next workout.
I would love to see this feature added to Bevel as well, so users can quickly report their RIR after each set and improve the accuracy of their training recommendations.

Option to calculate weights based on training max
Martin
It would be very helpful if we could insert our one-rep max into Bevel and the app would then calculate the appropriate weight automatically.
This is very helpful for progressive overload.
How I imagine the feature: a person is able to bench press 100 kgs three times. He logs this workout and the Bevel automatically calculates the one-rep max to its database. Then, when a person builds his workout, he will be able to set his weights as a percentage “based on training max/one-rep max”. For example on mondays he lifts 70%, on Wednesdays 80% etc.
The beauty in this is, that as you get stronger overtime, the app adjusts your one-rep max automatically (or there could also be an option for manual logging ofc) across workout plans which means that the person doesn’t have to change weights for each future session when he is ready to raise the weights.

Adjustment of training plans when increasing

Nico
It would be great if more weight or repetition was achieved, that the app then asks whether the training plan/exercise should be adjusted - do other GYM training apps already have.
