Grey I was just about to post this exact problem as a feature request, but it seems like it was already resolved from this thread? How can I exclude activities from my stress score?
Randell
Andre Plaut: Hi Andre, the app is set to default to do that right now. It will not record any Stress score when you are recording a workout/activity. You can check your Stress Graph for this.

Randell Thanks Randell! Here's a more specific follow-up. I see that officially tracked workouts / activities are excluded from my Stress graph, but non-official activities are still there. For example, in this attached screenshot, the section circled in red was me walking my son to school. I didn't track it as a workout. Would it be possible for Bevel to look at my movement data and know that my heart rate is up because I'm moving and not because I'm stressed? Thanks!

I'd say options are great. Some users might want activity stress, some might not. Have a stress setting under options where we can toggle activity stress factoring in stress score or not. Then if we opt to not have it included it just ignores the stress during those activity times.

David: I agree. This should be a preference. I will add it

Ah no
It seems it’s also marked on his post But it’s behind the 100
Yet again I think showing stress during activity is ok as long as it’s visually marked
And this is also important for you planned breakdown of stressors 👍

I think it should show activity like it does currently - but it needs to be marked as activity - that this doesn’t work with the requester is because he uses a different app :
On my graphs it looks correct and that’s good 👍

Thanks TJ. I'm working on an improved algorithm for Stress that should give less weights to activities.
Did you record your HIIT exercise with Apple Watch native app? Or what did you use?
TJ
Grey: I used my Apple Watch, but using the OTF App (OrangeTheory Fitness)
