Suggested HR zones for the day

I’ve been using the Morpheus HRM + app lately. One thing I really like is that it asks a set of questions in the morning and looks at HRV, then makes a very good recommendation on what the HR ranges are for your zones that day. For example one day my peak zone 2 might be 140bpm while another day it might be 136. I find these to be pretty well correlated to my RPE.
Could bevel do something like this?

Available in 3.0. Ask Bevel Intelligence, “Based on my HRV and recovery today, what should my HR zones be for training?” It will factor in your current state to give you more dynamic zone recommendations. You can also prompt it to ask you a set of questions in the morning to further tailor your HR zones.

I do more endurance exercise than strength training. I wish bevel would generate workouts (i.e. cycling) that tell me what HR zones to aim for during various parts of the workout in a way that is easy to follow while cycling.
