It would be perfect if users had the ability to add and customize advanced set types like supersets, drop sets, pause sets, and myoreps in their workouts.
These options would let users control rest times, rep ranges, and drops, making workouts more intense and efficient, which is key for real muscle growth and endurance improvements.

It would be helpful to add the possibility of creating workouts which contain super superseries like Whoop provides. This is not a major request but also it should be quite easy and fast to implement.

Hey Grey - With superset is EMOM, AMRAP and Metcon style workout also part of the plan?
Would be interesting how the strain score would vary for a traditional front squat vs a squat clean.
