I love the idea that overreaching my target strain impacts my recovery by -7%. However I would also be interested to see if when I take a rest day to rever if it actually increases my recovery by a significant amount.
The same again when I reach target strain, ideally if you hit target strain your recovery should remain constant provided no other factors change. But it would be interesting to see that if I hit my target strain my recovery decreases by 2%. Therefore after a week I most likely need a rest day.
