Whenever I am using the Apple Watch and weightlifting, I hate scrolling to find the perfect numerical weight. Just let me type it in with the keypad. The watches these days are big enough. I’ve never had a problem using the strong app which does this well. This is the main reason why I have found myself having to switch to use the strong app while I’m in the middle of doing a workout.

Gwilym, you can also swipe over the counter and it will quickly adjust lower/higher - I find I can jump from 0 to 40 lbs in about 2 swipes.
