The vo2 max calculation is different from apple watch compared to bevel my apple goes off threshold and i think bevel mite be calculated your age - 220bpm to workout heart-rate zones so my zone 2 training im track and run at on my apple watch is correct but my bevel app says im in zone 3 maybe a alterative option to how its calculated would be spot on

Hi Dale Smith thank you for the feedback. Can you share a photo of the different Vo2 max numbers? This should be pulling directly from Apple.
For heart rate zones, if you go to Settings -> Customization -> Heart Rate Zones, you can see what the current zones are, and edit the zones manually if desired. Hopefully this helps!

Dale Smith would love to follow up on this!

That was my zone 2 5k this morning while mostly in zone 2 as bevel is calculating mostly running in zone 3

Dale Smith: Yes, this seems to be a difference in the way Bevel assigns HR zones vs. Apple. You are welcome to change your HR zones within Bevel to match Apple if that is preferred: Settings -> Customization -> Heart Rate Zones.
