Weekly exercise minutes

Garmin & Fitbit both track & categorize the amount of minutes you spend in HR zones 2-5 to count towards the AHA recommendation of 150 minutes of exercise a week. Typically zones 2 & 3 give you 1 minute of credit & zones 4 & 5 give you 2 minutes of credit for every minute. Is it possible to add this feature as no one does it for the Apple Watch. Thank you

150 minutes of weekly exercise tracker

Something that automatically tracks minutes spent in the moderate and vigorous (x2) heart rate zones to meet the AHA’s recommendation of 150m per week.
Garmin calls this feature “intensity minutes.”
Superset already has the data from workouts, would be great if this were visualized somewhere. Not a gimmick, actual researched-back physcial activity recommendation. Recent research shows that even more benefit can be obtained for up to 300m of exercise per week.
Typically “moderate” exercise, which is counted at a 1:1 ratio, is below 70% of max heart rate. “Vigorous” is understood as every minute spent above 70% and is counted at a 1:2 ratio.
The official recommendation is 150 moderate, 75 vigorous, or some combination of the two.
Having a tracker would be great!
Side note, would be good if we could set heart rate zones based on HRR as well, not just % of max. Would make this more accurate.
Overall, Just gives some research-backed, real purpose to your app’s already beautiful visualization of time spent in zones which is currently only viewable in each activity in isolation.

Thanks for the suggestion Devin Nelson. I will merge this with an existing ticket

This would be an essential feature. Looking forward to it!
