Dynamic Nutrition Goals & TDEE

would be perfect to have a more complete and well-rounded nutrition section, where weight-gaining or weight-losing plans are calculated and tracked based on weight data from Apple health and science.
Weight goals should be adjusted automatically based on the pace of weight gain/loss and changes of body composition.
MacroFactor does a pretty great job at this and is very user friendly

Dynamic calorie goal

As of right now calorie goal is fixed at a number, would be great if you can toggle a dynamic calorie daily intake, based on BMR, and how much burned or movement calories (apple health move ring) you have in the day. That way calorie goal is more realistic and based on what you actually do day to day.

Adjust objectives (cal, fats, carbs, protein) in days with activities

I think it would be better to have my objectives adapted to my daily activities. When I do my workout I burn more calories, but I would like to stay on a consistent-300cal deficit. At the moment the objectives do not take this into consideration.

Example: Yazio
Here, calorie requirements and nutritional values are updated throughout the day, e.g. after exercise or simply during a normal daily routine. No static values. Otherwise, Bevel is simply BRILLIANT!

Would be awesome too if Bevel AI could set a daily nutrition plan alongside your daily training plan, and then automatically change the goals based on the workout plan for the day. This will allow for carb cycling on high intensity days.

Integration of burned calories into the daily nutritional goal

Currently, the daily calorie goal in Bevel is a fixed value that does not take into account the calories consumed during training. This means that on the days I work out, my real calorie requirement is higher, but the app doesn't reflect it, making it difficult to calibrate my diet properly.
two possible solutions:
Option 1: Automatic lens update
When a training session is recorded or imported from the Fitness section, the calories burned are automatically added to the daily calorie goal. For example, if my goal is 2.200 kcal and I burned 400 kcal in the gym, the goal for the day is automatically updated to 2.600 kcal.
Option 2: Customizable multiple objectives
Allow you to create and save multiple nutritional objective profiles (e.g. 'Training day' and 'Rest day'), which can be programmed or activated manually from time to time, without having to change every single value every day.

Dynamic macro and calorie goals based on daily activity

I want the dietary goals (calories, carbohydrates, protein, fat) to “grow” dynamically with the activity energy spent throughout the day.
Why that's important:
I work out at a high volume and have two main dietary requirements:
- Insulin resistance: I need to adjust my carbohydrate intake precisely to my workload in order to keep my blood sugar level stable. Static goals force me to do mental math manually here.
- Muscle regeneration (protein): For athletes, it is essential that the protein target automatically adjusts upwards during heavy exercise in order to optimally support muscle protein synthesis. A static goal does not reflect the actual need for training days.
Currently, the app often tells me that I am “above the target”, even though, physiologically speaking, I only cover the additional requirements through my training. Apps like Yazio are exemplary in showing how many additional grams of protein and carbohydrates you need after one session.
Benefit:
• Health management: Precise control for users with metabolic diseases.
• Sports performance: Automated adjustment of protein intake for optimal regeneration.
• User engagement: Bevel would thus close the gap with specialized nutrition trackers and offer a true all-in-one solution.
