Workout physical body diagram (Muscular load)
in progress
Noah Buxton
An idea I would love to see in this app is when making a workout plan having a diagram of a body in the anatomical position and having the diagram light up in different colours. For example a leg day split would have all the legs light up.
Something that would make it stand out is using colour to indicate if you’re planning on over working a muscle (red). Not training at all (grey). Perfect level (green).
Having a gradient and in your bevel style would still make it minimalist but show a great level of more helpful information

Mannequin for muscle groups

I think it would be nice to consider adding a visual muscle map like a mannequin to the workout section after a workout has been completed. A body diagram showing and recovering and recovered muscle groups would be a nice feature

For more visual based people, being able to see an image of a person with the different muscles highlighted in the same color of the muscle strain % would allow people to intake the information in a different ways

Visual Muscle Group Heatmaps for Templates and Summaries

It would be great to have a visual representation (body heatmap) showing which muscle groups are targeted. This should be visible when viewing a template, in the post-workout summary, and crucially, as an exportable graphic when sharing the workout to Strava or other social media (similar to what the "Motra" app does).

This is a great suggestion Noah Buxton. Will be adding this to the roadmap!
