Hi Mikhail Konovalov, Let me try and help you with this. Are you able to provide a screenshot of your Journal tab view and insights view? also, can you please confirm if your iCloud is logged in?
Your logs/entries should be saved there, once you confirm that you have your iCloud logged in, can you try to reinstall the app?

Randell hey, thank you for prompt reply. I’ve just noticed that it says “Unavailable” under iCloud sync. Why that could’ve happened and what can I do to fix it?

Randell just checked again, it’s connected to iCloud. After that a reinstalled the app, however entries are still not visible.

Can you please share a screenshot of your Journal Insights view? Please include the whole tab view.
I want to check if it shows the previous log counts

Randell it’s the same for all days, right. In insights it’s also empty

Mikhail Konovalov: Can you try to restart your phone and see if this will fix it for you? Also, please make sure that the iCloud account you used back then is the same one you are using now. If you could send a screenshot as well of it saying is connected that would be great!
