Apple Watch complication doesn’t display the correct data

On my Apple Watch the complications doesn’t show the correct data. The data are from yesterday. But if I click on a complication on the watch I get the correct data within the Apple Watch app.

Hi Michael, unfortunately, complications are not live due to restrictions from Apple. The Stress rectangular complication updates every 5 - 15 minutes, and the circular and corner complications update every 15 - 30 minutes.
The intervals for when they update will also depend on factors like your battery level, time of day, etc — all of which are controlled by the Watch OS. However, if the complication does not update after hours, then that is a bug, and I can take a look.
