Apple Watch complication frequently disagrees w/ what's in the app

Frequently what is the case is that the Apple Watch complication, for example, on sleep says something. Like today it says 75. And then I click on it. And for a brief moment in the app it says 75. And then a few seconds later it updates to 80. And then when I go back to the watch face it still says 75.
At times, what is on the Apple Watch also can disagree with what is in the iPhone app.

Hi sal james, Can you please go to the Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Baseline/iCloud, and check if both are synced to the latest? Please send a screenshot as well.
To sync both, you have to open both the Bevel Phone app and Watch app side by side for a good 2-5 minutes.

Randell To be clear, the main bug I'm reporting here is the Apple Watch
app
disagreeing with the complication. So that shouldn't have anything to do with the iPhoneRandell
sal james: By doing what I have told you above will force both the Watch and Phone to be synced. You did mention on this ticket that there are times where the values in your Apple Watch Bevel app doesn't match with your Phone app.
I'd like to check if your Watch and Phone Bevel app are synced for both Baselines and iCloud, this is the standard troubleshoot for having a desynced value for both devices. Once you've done and confirmed that with Screenshots, then we can check for other possible reasons as to why your complication values are not syncing correctly.
You can also restart your watch and see if this will fix it for you.
