Apple Watch complications seem broken

Hey, tried all the Apple Watch complications and they all look like this blank! Overall the apps really good but complications on my Apple Watch don’t seem to work. I’ve:
Relaunched the app on both iPhone and watch
Reinstall both apps
Restarted both devices
This has gone on for a few days. I’m on a free trial at the moment, and this is the main thing holding me back from a subscription

Sure here’s the pairing of my watch - my iPhone has the widgets on the Lock Screen

Osian Smith: Hi, are you still having this issue? is your Baseline in sync now?
Can you please send a screenshot of what you see on your Bevel watch app when you tap Baselines?
Can you try to unpair and pair your watch? Also, please try to restart both your phone and watch, then open both Bevel watch app and Phone app side by side for a good 5 minutes to see if it will sync the Baseline if it hasn't yet.
Also, does the same issue exist on other Watch faces as well for you?

Randell still no luck! This is what I see when I open the app! I’ve tried other watch faces and tried waiting for a good five minutes with the apps open.
I’m not prepared to repair the Apple Watch with the iPhone to fix this problem. I’ve restarted the app, reinstalled the app and tried other faces and don’t really want to mess up other apps

Osian Smith I see. Can you please send the following screenshots to me? I attached my own screenshots for reference.
- Baseline: Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Baseline
- iCloud: Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> iCloud
(You can press both the Digital Crown and side button of your watch to take screenshots. If you have the screenshot feature enabled)
- iCloud: Bevel Phone app -> Profile -> iCloud.
- iCloud in Phone: General Settings -> Profile/Apple Account -> Scroll down, a screenshot of the devices your iCloud is logged on to
And can you please confirm that you have enough storage on your iCloud?
O
Osian Smith
Randell sure here’s all the screen shot! I can also confirm that i have about 65gb of iCloud storage available
Randell
Osian Smith: Thanks for the screenshot!
Can you confirm what watchOS version your Apple Watch currently has?
O
Osian Smith
Randell sure it’s 10.6.1 (21U580)
I’m on a series 5 so won’t be able to upgrade
Randell
Osian Smith: Thanks for confirming this.
We are currently investigating this issue. I'll let you know if there are any updates.

Hi Osian Smith, We have just released a fix for this.
Can you please download the latest update on your Phone and Bevel Watch app then go to settings on the watch app, and hit Resync Health?
Randell
Hi Osian Smith, Following up on this, Are you able to sync it now with the latest update?
O
Osian Smith
Randell hey sorry for a delayed response! I can confirm it is now working
Randell
Osian Smith: Great! Thanks for the update! I will close this ticket now.

Bass line doesn’t seem to sync for whatever reason. My iPhone says it has but my watch app just has lines and no date
Randell
Osian Smith I see. Is it only the Baseline that is not syncing? How about iCloud? is it synced to the latest?
Can you try/check the following for me:
- Check if your Phone and Watch are both paired? You can check this by going to your Phone Watch App -> tap all watches at the upper left corner. There should be a check icon beside the watch as an indicator that your Watch and Phone is paired. Or you can tap the [i] icon. (I attached screenshot for reference)
- Check if you are on the latest version of the app.
- Try to restart your Apple Watch again, open your Watch and Phone Bevel app side by side and wait for the Baselines to sync.
- Reinstall the app again

Hi Osian Smith, Can you check the following for me:
- iCloud Sync on your Bevel Watch app and Bevel Phone app. Go to the Bevel Watch app -> Tap the Gear Icon -> iCloud. Check if this is synced to the latest, for the Bevel Phone app you can go to Bevel -> Profile -> iCloud
- Baseline sync: Go to Bevel Watch app ->Tap the Gear Icon -> Baseline. Check if this is synced, if not, please go Open both the Bevel Watch app and Phone app side by side for it to sync.

Randellhey, tried again and iCloud is syncing but not baseline. Also reinstalled and updated the app :(
Randell
Osian Smith Hi, can you please confirm if both your Phone and Watch are paired?
To check whether an Apple Watch is paired with your iPhone:
On your iPhone, in the Watch app: select the My Watch tab -> check for any watches listed at the top of the page. Check my prior screenshot, it should look like that.
