Rebecca Jackson Thanks for providing your screenshots. Can we check if your permissions with Apple Health is on? you can go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps and Services -> Bevel. This should be turned on.

Randell yeah, that was the third screenshot attached above. It is turned on.

Randell yes, all permissions are turned on, and my health data is showing in the app, just no scores for recovery and sleep, and my strain score doesn’t seem to be taking my workouts into account. I also did try deleting and reinstalling the app.

Sleep score and strain are now showing, looks like they just took a minute, which still isn’t normal, but recovery score is still not showing.

Justus Woell Got it. For your Recovery Score, Can you please check your Calculations? You should be able to find this on Profile -> Customization -> Calculation. It should look like this screenshot below I provided

For your Strain, did you use Strength Builder and the Strain score is not updating, is that what you mean?

Randell yes, it looks the same. And I mean that I logged a workout through apple workouts, and it synced and appears under my strain score, but doesn’t appear to factor in to my score at all (3+ hr strenuous hike and strain at 9%)

I also recovered my iphone, and bevel had to be reinstalled, so assumed the issue came from there. But it’s been two days, and it has data historically and shows everything synced, but today is the only day that shows a sleep score, and yesterday is the only day that now shows an appropriate strain score as well. Is there some issue with calculating in the background once the data is in?

Justus Woell For your Strain score, If you encounter thia again, can you please do a Clear cache and reload data to force a resync in the app. Also, is your Data Sources in Workout includes other app or just Apple Health, Your Apple Watch, and Bevel?

Justus Woell Yes, you are correct. This is an issue that the team is looking into now and we might be able to release a fix for this soon. My apologies for this.

Randell yes, I tried the reload and clear cache when I had the problem initially, and it didn’t do anything. And yes, I just use apple health (watch) and bevel to track

Justus Woell Got it, For your Data Sources in HRV can you please reorganize it and put the one with the timestamp of 6/23/24 as the very first source.

Randell done, I went through and hid all but the most recent watch data source and reordered the ones I could. It all seems to work now. Thank you for all your help!

If you are still not getting Sleep data in, please check your Data Sources in Sleep and reorganize it as your Apple Watch being the 1st source of Data based on the timestamp.
