Randell Yes, I've picked out two examples. It is about the load target (I had already mentioned the actual load once, unfortunately nothing has changed).
As can be seen on the screenshots, with a very good shot and a very good recovery, I only reach a load target of 40-50%. It doesn't make sense for me.

Randell same problem, 80% + sleep and recovery two days in a row and I'm somehow recommended 20-60% load, that's absurd!
In other apps, you can set goals for the load like this: Build - Maintain - Recovery, to manually fine-tune this, perhaps recommended.

Phil I have the same problem. 96% sleep + 93% recovery, but a maximum of 44% load is recommended. If I then train normally, my workload of 73% is easily above 44%, even though I do this training 1-2 times a week and have actually gotten used to the load.
