Randell, can I be notified by the app when there are responses or status changes on my reports. I have to go look to see what’s happening, and I forget. Thanks.

Bob Lieberman: You should be able to get a notification via Email. Please note that Canny or this platform we are using is not linked to Bevel so the notifications will be coming in via the Email you registered here with.

There doesn’t seem to be any way in the app to find my email in order to confirm that it’s correct. At least I can’t find any. Where is it, do you know?

Bob Lieberman: Hi, it seems like your account was registered through the "hide my email:" setup.
I'd suggest that you create a new account with your own email address for the notifications to be sent to your email.
