Hi Troy G, Are you still experiencing this issue on the latest version (2.0.1) of the app?

I see this to. I add a cappuccino is sometimes takes a few hours before it appears in de journal as caffeine.
I added the caffeine manual and later is was double. So i removed my manual entries again.
Randell
Jeffrey Schut Hi, before this do you have a default entry setup on your Bevel Journal for caffeine?
J

Randell My default for caffeine is 0,0mg. I did not set a default value. I set a preset amount for when i manually add an entry.

Randell Just added a cappuccino. And did not reflect in the journal.
I tried reloading the journal (pulling down), nothing happend.
I went to the home screen and refreshed by pulling down. (starts syncing) After that the caffeine was reflected in the journal.

I was about to say correct.... But I just opened it up now, and magically caffeine is now listed and logged in my Journal tab from my 2 coffees.
I'll see what happens tomorrow - if the same issue happens; or if it appears and we can chalk it up to user error. ;)

Just commenting that I am seeing the same thing as Jeffrey S above, giving it a few more tests. Entries of coffees into the Food Log shows up on the Timeline straight away. However, when I hit my Journal tab, the associated caffeine doesn't update right away (my caffeine defaults to 0.0). Exiting / re-entering the app, and pull-down refresh doesn't update the caffeine numbers.
I can "force" it to update by force quitting Bevel, and the new, increased caffeine number (in the Journal) show up straight away upon app relaunch.
It may do it after a while - I'll monitor and see what happens.
Note it also doesn't work in reverse - if I delete a latte, the caffeine doesn't immediately decrease (until a force quit), and then it correctly updates.

Hi Troy G, Do you mean to say that it is not reflecting on your Journal tab view? Were you able to toggle the caffeine tag on Journal for that?
