Hi Megi, can you show me your list of activities from that day as well? It seems like you have both AW & Strava writing to Workouts, so this may be duplicating some.
Megi
Amanda sure here are all activities & only strava activities are in the log. I
Amanda
Megi: Thank you. It seems like your active energy is correct, but your resting energy seems to be high. Can you please check Apple Health -> Browse -> Resting Energy -> Show All Data -> Screenshot this view, and then click a recent data point and screenshot.
Megi
Amanda hi, it looks quite normal here :) data from April 5&6. For the day like today, without any workout, it also seems to be ok only for days when I have cycling sessions sth strange is happening.
Amanda
Megi: Thank you for the screenshots. It may be your active energy in this case. Can you please go to April 5&6 in Apple Health -> Active Energy, and screenshot for me? It's possible that your Apple Watch and Strava are both writing the calories, showing up as double or triple in Bevel.
Megi
Amanda nope :) for April 6th it’s 1186 kcal- bike activity: 914 from Strava + kcal for daily activity, from Watch.
Amanda
Megi: Hmm can you also screenshot your Net Energy chart in Bevel again for these days?
Megi
Amanda it’s for April 6th
Amanda
Megi: so you no longer see the -6000 calories in Net Energy for that day, is that correct?
The Net Energy you see is combining your Resting + Active Energy, and subtracting it from your Dietary Energy for the day. Looking at this screenshot, it seems reasonable given your workout and other active & resting calories. It is possible there are some sync delays, but you can pull to refresh in the main page to force-sync.
Megi
Amanda yes it changed 🤔. Hm I will observe it. Thanks for the support.
Amanda
Megi: No problem, thank you for your patience! Keep me posted on this. I'll close this ticket out for now.

Hi Megi, looking into this. Can you please send me screenshots of the following:
- Profile -> Data Source -> Workout
- Activity list in Fitness
- Nutrition page with Net Energy showing
Megi
Amanda hi, sending the data it’s interesting as for indoor cycling data is correct. Going to all activities is extremely high. I’ve had cycling workouts only.
