Can’t purchase Pro version

I just finished my two week trial. And planned on purchasing the pro version. My wife ended up buying the pro version and we share an Apple account. The only difference is I have a different Apple ID. I attempted to purchase the pro version and it told me a family member already purchased it and it was free for me.Unfortunately, the pro version is not opening up for me and not available. I really enjoy the app and its features with the pro version and would like to purchase it. Please provide me. Unfortunately, the pro version is not opening up for me and not available. My wife who holds the primary Apple ID is still in the middle of her two week trial period and intends to purchase the pro version. After my two weeks were up, I intended to purchase the pro version but when I attempt to purchase I receive the “Someone in family already purchased and it is free” message but it prevents me from obtaining pro version. I have tried to just pay the year fee but it won’t let me. My wife has also tried to purchase the year fee but it won’t let her pay until the free version is expired. She still has pro but I do not and cannot get it. Do you guys not want our money? I’m confused as to why this happening. I’ve tried all the methods you mentioned to fix the issue and it is still not working. I’ll go elsewhere for a service that wants our business

I have tried all you mentioned. My wife’s phone holds the primary account and family sharing is on. The Apple ID into security and settings does not work because there is no option for bevel and stop using Apple ID. And there is no option for restoring or signing in without Apple ID. I want this app and love the features. Is there any other way I can get access to pro version. Should not be this difficult.

Hi Craig Gaches, Can you go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Sign in & security > Sign in with Apple > Bevel > Stop Using Apple ID
Then sign in again on Bevel and see if it works for you, or if the family-sharing does.
Bevel should automatically recognize the family sharing. If it doesn't work, you can tap on the payment page, scroll down, and tap restore purchases.

If that doesn't work can you screenshot what you're seeing for me?

I do not have that option you show to restore purchase. The one I have on the app itself results in the left image below that shows no subscription. The other image is when I try to purchase the year subscription. In all honesty I’m giving it one more try with this app because it should not be this difficult to buy an app. I’ve never had this problem with an app in all the years I’ve purchased them.

Craig Gaches: If you scroll down on that paywall page "Take full control...", you should see a Restore Purchase button there.

Craig Gaches: Can you turn off family sharing for Bevel on your wife's phone so that you can try purchasing it on your phone?
To do that, go to your wife's phone > App Store > Tap on her profile icon in the top right > Subscriptions > Bevel > Turn off "Share with family."
Once you've done that, try to purchase Bevel from your phone. Let me know if that works.
