I also have this issue with the Stress complication. It does not match the reading in the phone app unless I touch it to open the Bevel watch app, which prompts it to update.

I have restarted the phone and the watch but it made no difference.

Gareth Rees: Hi, A delay between the app and the Apple Watch complication is normal. This depends on when the Watch OS allows the complication to refresh. In our case, this delay can be about 10-30 minutes. However, after this initial delay, it should update promptly.

Hi Juan Sebastián Quijano Rodríguez, Can you try to restart your watch and see if it fixes the issue? This will force a sync between the Phone app and Watch app.
