Connection Error Occurred, Not Able to Use Features

I just paid for a subscription to Bevel, and oddly enough, the app is now struggling to connect to anything outside iCloud sync (which is working and at co bug data). Interactions with AI, scanning food labels, and even attempting to send a developer log fail to “connect” and the app has become much less usable.
Is this a common issue? I have force quit, installed/re-installed, and turned off phone/restarted phone, and nothing seems to be working. Thanks.

Hi Paul W, Thanks for reporting this. Can you try going to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to developer" see if this will work? Once done, please email me at hello@bevel.health the email address and name you've used to log in to the app.

Randell Unfortunately this is also an issue. When I attempt to do this, it gives me a modal pop up error stating: “Unable to Send Logs
Please check your connection and try again or reach out to support if needed.”

Paul W: Hi Paul, can you try to log out and log in again? see if this will fix the issue. To do this, go to Bevel -> Profile -> Account -> Log out

Paul W: Hi Paul, thanks for confirming this. A quick favor so we can look into this and investigate the issue. Can you please try to send your logs now? Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to developer"

Randell Well, I would love to send you the log, but that part is still giving me the same error ("Unable to Send Logs"). Not sure if there's another way to do this, but seems like this didn't reset after my log out/log in.
