This has happened to me twice. I was worried the first time it happened and let it go. Now it’s second time. All my nutrition score is gone. I’m aware the data is synced health app but it won’t get back the score. Please put this as top priority. I send developers logs multiple times.

Hi Nicolae Constantin, Thanks for reporting this. Could you please confirm if the data loss is limited to the Nutrition section only, i.e., custom foods, recipes, and logs?
is the app now syncing correctly?

Randell yes, seems to be only for nutrition, and it makes sense as everything else could be synced back from Health in terms of granular data. But meals are “complex elements” in Bevel so they should be stored at the account level since there is no way to store meals in Health.
And no, unfortunately not syncing it correctly even hours later. The rest is there, but Nutrition is all gone.
Thank you for prompt reaction, and hope this is resolved soon so others don’t have the same experience.

Nicolae Constantin: I see. thanks for the update on this. Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to developer"
once done, please email me at hello@bevel.health the email address and name you've used to log in to Bevel.
Just to confirm this is about Nutrition data only that is not re-syncing/getting restored, correct?
