Delay in Syncing Strength Builder Workout

There appears to be a delay in syncing my strength builder recorded workout to the app. I see the workout results, which has higher strain, on my watch. However, the app just shows the workout results excluding the strength workout details as if it had been recorded through apple fitness instead. When I look at the Watch App, I see the correct workout details and my higher strain reflecting this workout. However, the app shows lower strain and less workout details. I re-synced all data sources and cloud sync, restarted both watch and phone apps and it does not change this.

Just wanted to provide an update. My strength workout today correctly logged the strength workout details. However, even after syncing my watch and the app still show different strain scores (watch ~ 10 points higher)

Julia Jennings: Hi Julia, can you please check if the iCloud from your Bevel watch app and phone has been synced to the latest? Also, Can you go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Workouts, screenshot the view for me?
J
Julia Jennings
Randell yes it’s been synced to the latest on both watch and app. Here are the screenshots.

Julia Jennings: Got it. Just to confirm, are the Strain values on your Bevel Watch app and Phone app consistently not syncing or not matching?
Or is it only not matching when you add/record a workout from Strength Builder?

Randell it is only not matching when I add or record a workout from strength builder.

I'm experiencing this exact same bug. All details of my workout are there on my apple watch but in the app on the phone it only shows workout duration and heart rate without any of the strength details and also with a different strain score. One thing of note was my watch was running very low on battery by the end of the work so was in low power mode by the end of that might have affected the sync.
Randell
Fritiof: Thanks for reporting this. Just to confirm, did all the data from your Bevel Apple Watch app fully sync to your Bevel phone app?
And yes, If your Apple Watch was in Low Power Mode, it may have affected how it recorded metrics like heart rate, etc.

Randell yes according to both the watch and the app everything is synced. Unfortunately I can't get it to show the activity on the watch today but similar to what Julia showed below I could see the activity with correct strain and with all my recorded lifts on the watch but on the phone only the workout duration and the heart rate was synced. With the heart rate being the same on both watch and phone.

Fritiof: Got it, thanks for this info. Please give us some time to investigate this issue. Also, can you try to log other workouts as well and see if it will sync all data just to make sure that this isn't just a 1 time thing.

Here are screenshots of my watch, syncing in the fitness tab, and the iCloud sync section of profile. The fitness tab and iCloud sync seem to show different sync times. I also attached screenshots from last night of my watch showing different strain / stress scores compared to the app. This seems to be related to the different strain calculation from the un-synced strength builder workout. The workout shows up in the app, but doesn’t have the supplement strength data “workout breakdown” section. I can see this info on my watch though. This seems to happen for all workouts logged via the strength builder on my watch.

Julia Jennings: I see, can you please confirm which Apple Watch model are you using and the WatchOS version it is in?

Randell I have the Series 10 watch on 11.5 Watch OS

Hi Julia Jennings, Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> iCloud, see if its synced to the latest? Also, on your Bevel watch app I know that you mentioned that it is synced to the latest, can you please share a screenshot of both showing as synced to the latest for us to verify?
And, I'd like to ask is this the only particular workout that you've logged that's not syncing full?

Updating here that it has now been 16 hours and the workout details and strain data is still now showing up in the app despite re-syncing baseline, iCloud, and Health
