Energy Bank Chart on Watch Not Loading

Summary level loads and stress chart loads but energy chart doesn't load. Instead I get a suggestion to reload the data. I've followed the instructions on Reddit to restart both in sync and let them stay open for like 10 minutes but no luck.

one additional note: re-doing the trouble-shooting setps, ever so briefly, I saw the correct energy chart and then it disaspeared and was replaced by the sync-with your phone message.

Paul Brody: Hi Paul, thanks for reporting this. Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of your Energy Bank chart in Bevel as well?

Also, just to confirm- both your Apple Watch and Bevel app are on version 2.2.9, correct?

Can you please check it by going to:

Bevel -> Profile, scroll down to the bottom.
Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Scroll down to the bottom.

Randell. Thanks for replying! Both versions are 2.2.9. Images attached. Interestingly, I got a “flash” of the energy chart showing up correctly before the “please synch message” came up and I was able to capture it this time. But it wont stay up - it reverts to the message asking me to open the iOS app almost immediately.

Paul Brody: I see. Can you please go to Bevel watch app -> gear Icon -> Tap “Resync Health” See if that helps?

Randell. Done. Doesn’t seem to work. I did the iCloud sync as well - it’s up to date. The summary page still populates correctly but the graph doesn’t show up. The watch complication also works perfectly and is pretty much up to date as well.

Paul Brody: I see. Just to confirm, are you on watchOS 26? Is your Apple Watch currently on the latest version of the watchOS?

Randell Yes, but not 26.1. Should I try to update to 26.1?

Randell. Done! Updated OS, uninstalled bevel, restarted phone and watch, re-installed bevel. No change. :(. Thanks for all your suggestions. LMK if you come up with any new ones. There’s a button that says “send logs” does that do anything useful for you?
