Energy is not calculated properly

In the last couple of days energy is not calculated properly. It started to drain slower. For the whole day it drains it by about 20%. Also I noticed under energy graph it shows that I took several quick naps, which I didn’t. I checked other apps and my Apple Watch, everything is fine with the devices. It seems the calculation is messing on Bevel’s side.

Here are all data from the same day. I attached also the intervals.

Emin Emini: Hi, I see that you are using another 3rd party app to track your sleep. Is this intended? If not, can you please try to hide it as a data source in Bevel and see if your Energy Bank goes back to normal?
- Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Sleep, hide data source. Add the other 3rd party app in there.
- then, screenshot the Sleep data sources for me so I can check if you have the correct arrangement of sources

Randell which one should I hide and which one should I keep?
Randell
Emin Emini: I'd suggest you hide AutoSleep, as it proves to write inaccurate "Sleep" data throughout the day. See if that improves your Energy Bank
I am basing this from our previous users who had the same issue as yours that was reported to us
leave your Apple Watch as 1st source and Bevel as 2nd source.

Randell I did so but still same. This issue started occurring several days ago and I made no changes on my phone or watch.
Randell
Emin Emini: I see, on that Energy Bank chart screenshot, can you please tap the 3 dot icon in the upper right corner -> reload data.
See if this will fix it for you, then try to force close the app, and open it again.
also, can you please share a screenshot of what your Sleep raw data looks like today? Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data".

Randell still same 😵💫 I tried everything, even rebooting my iPhone.
Randell
Emin Emini: Wait, actually, it seems like your Watch is not tracking your Sleep. Is Jun 19-20 the recent/latest sleep data on your Apple Health?
Did you wear your Apple Watch when you slept last night? Can you please share a screenshot of your Bevel home view?
E
Emin Emini
Randell that's the last night I wore it during sleep. The thing is that when I'm awake Bevel registers like I'm taking short naps, I don't know why.
Maybe it might help the information that in the previous few weeks I was really active, and currently I'm not active at all, I'm resting now. Is it possible that the algorithm confuses that and thinks I'm sleeping?

Additional info, I'm using iOS 26, but several days after I installed it worked completely fine, the issue started occurring approximately 8 days ago, and I installed iOS 26 a couple of weeks ago (almost 3 weeks).
Randell
Emin Emini: On your screenshot here, the latest sleep data was on Jun 18-19 and Jun 19 - 20, which means you are missing your 3 days worth of Sleep data for 20 - 21, 21 - 22, 22 - 23.
See my other screenshot for reference, that is what my Sleep data looks like.
Randell
Emin Emini: I see, hmm. can you go to your Apple Watch app -> Sleep -> swipe down to the Sleep Duration view, it should show your last 14 days of sleep data in there. I want to verify if your watch has the data but couldn't sync it to Apple Health.

Randell I completely understand. The problem is that Bevel is considering that I’m sleeping even during I’m awake. I’m not sure if I’m clear.
Please check the green line under energy graph.
Below is screenshot of Energy from today (23.06.2025) and from last day I wore Apple Watch during sleep (20.06.2025).
You can see that today I wore my Apple Watch 0 minutes during sleep, and still added 6% in Energy

I checked all data in Health it shows completely correct. While on Bevel is not showing correctly.

Emin Emini: Do you mind sharing your Stress chart below the Energy Bank (your screenshot) and Energy Usage views? Also, just a quick note, Sleep and naps aren’t the only factors that can trigger Energy Bank recovery. Simply lying down or resting with low stress can also help recharge it.
Since you're on iOS 26 (which is currently in beta), please note that there may be bugs like this, as the app doesn't fully support iOS 26 yet.

Emin Emini
Randell do you mean this stress chart?
E
Emin Emini
Randell here are few more days.
Randell
Emin Emini: Yep, as you can see, the times marked as "recharging" align with periods when your Stress levels were low.
