Randell Why‘s that? Last time I talked to Grey via email he was still investigating. I figured out it has something to do with people who have used their trial before. The bug is still not fixed on my end.

Mani Kandan, upon further investigation, I cannot seem to reproduce this issue on my end.
Is your girlfriend still having this issue? It might be an error with iCloud on her phone.
