Hi Christopher Schrader, Can you please confirm which specific data are these that you are referring to in Bio? so we can verify and check in Apple Health

Randell can you see the screenshot? its also in other data sources but most obviously there
Randell
Christopher Schrader: I see, got it so just your Health Monitor metrics for today that is missing.
First, I'd like to verify your calculation setup in Bevel. Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation, screenshot the view for me?
My apologies as I thought your were also referring to your Bio tab view (Weight, Lean Body Mass, Body Fat)

Randell it also effects historicals; see both attachments

Christopher Schrader: Got it, let's go ahead and verify RHR and HRV first. Can you please share the following screenshots for me:
- HRV: Apple Health -> HRV -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data", tap on today's log -> Screenshot a good chunk of your raw HRV data for me that FALLS within your Sleep period.
- RHR: Apple Health -> Heart Rate -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data", tap on today's log -> Screenshot a good chunk of your raw Heart Rate data for me that FALLS within your Sleep period.
Please note that for RHR, we are looking into your Heart Rate raw data.

Randell ok i got it to work, as i changed the data source from sleep to “all day” i dont wear the watch when i sleep; only during the daytime.
Interestingly, my rhr is about 30 bpm higher than on athlytic or apple health (40 vs 70) , i assume this is to do with averaging entire days heart rate? is there a better selection to use?
Randell
Christopher Schrader: You can use the "RHR Method: Apple Health" so it will take in the value that is in Apple Health as is instead of Bevel

Randell thanks for your help. Whats the difference if i may ask and lets say the steelman for using Bevels take? also how do i view more detail on my “battery” as i cant seem to add a widget for that on home screen
Randell
Christopher Schrader: For RHR, Bevel uses your Heart Rate raw data, since you changed it to "Entire Day" it will include the entire day's period Heart Rate raw data into the calculation.
For Apple Health, it calculates your RHR data randomly throughout the day, so if you go to Apple Health -> RHR -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data" -> tap on today's log -> tap on the data point, you will see that there is only 1 data point in there and the "Start Time" - "End Time" of when it was recorded. Please note that Apple doesn't publicly disclose the exact algorithms used to calculate resting heart rate (RHR) on Apple Watch
When you say "Battery" are you referring to the Energy Bank? Are you saying that it is not an option for you to add as a Widget? You should be able to add it as a widget
