Hi wir3 H., Can you please confirm which method are you using in Bevel to calculate your HRV? The default HRV method for Bevel is rMSSD while Apple Health uses SDNN.
Please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculations. Screenshot this view for me

wir3 H.: Hi, the difference that you are seeing in Apple Health and Bevel is because of the calculation method used.
Apple Health uses the SDNN method while Bevel uses the RMSSD method. If you use the RMSSD method in Bevel, the app will apply a data-cleaning function to filter out noisy samples from your Apple Watch.
The RMSSD method is generally considered more accurate for tracking Recovery. I’d recommend sticking with it unless you have a specific reason to switch to the SDNN method.
This is explained on our FAQ here: https://docs.bevel.health/faq
You can read more about the difference between both HRV calculation methods here: https://tryterra.co/blog/measuring-hrv-sdnn-and-rmssd-3a9b962f7314

Hi Dan,
By default, Superset utilizes RMSSD for calculations. If you've switched to SDNN in the Calculation settings, it should align with what Apple Health displays, as both utilize SDNN calculation. Have you attempted to force a sync on Superset by pulling to refresh or clearing cache & data?
Regarding SpO2, the value shown in the Health monitor reflects the average of all values during your sleep. It doesn't display values throughout the day, the app restricts it to only sleep values to create more consistency in the data and prevent the Recovery score from changing throughout the day.
Hope this helps!
