I cannot get the app to work or update on my phone. I have unintalled it many times and deleted the cache. Any other suggestions?

i just logged fully out of the app and am in the process of restarting it and it continues to get stuck on connecting to apple health and eventually quits

Erin Watkins: Hi, I saw logs that you have sent but it was from the Watch app. Can you please do it via your phone app as I have instructed on my previous response?
Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to developer".

Erin Watkins: Hm, I see. Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to developer".
Once done, please email me at hello@bevel.health the email address you have used to log in/register to Bevel.
Also, if we haven't tried it yet- can you please try to restart your phone?

Erin Watkins: I see. Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources, screenshot the view for me?
Also, can you try retriggering your permissions in Apple Health, see if this will work. Go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> Turn OFF All -> Turn ON all.

Randell Data sources will not load, and I've gone to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> Turn OFF All -> Turn ON all and done this many times.

Erin Watkins: I see. Can you please go to Apple Health -> tap on your profile (Upper right corner) -> under "Privacy" tap "Apps" and "Devices" then screenshot both the view for me?
I'd like to check how many sources are the that is writing on your Apple Health app.
