I'm using Bevel 1.2.12 (962) on an iPhone 13 mini with iOS 17.5.1. When cold-launching Bevel, it takes 13 seconds for the Home screen to open, and a total of 21 seconds for the Biology screen to open. Please see this screen recording of a fresh launch of Bevel.
Bevel seems to be getting slower over time, which I presume is due to the increasing accumulation of health data.
Is there any way to cache the health data so that it doesn't need to processes so much when launching? I have several other similar heath apps that launch in just a couple seconds, e.g., HealthFit and Livity, so it seems a slow launch is avoidable. 🫤
