How do you record naps with Apple Watch?

Juan Sebastián Quijano Rodríguez I don't. The nap is coming from Bevel; I don't think Apple Watch has a nap feature.

I've noticed this too: Bevel has been logging “naps” at about 10pm when I'm rarely in bed before midnight. In all cases I've been working or doing housework at the time it said I was taking a nap.
Is it Bevel that is creating the nap data, or is it coming directly from AW/Apple Health?
I manually enable the Sleep focus when I go to bed, and turn it off when I wake up. Shouldn't Apple Health use that indicator to start tracking sleep?

Hi Lani Kaida, can you go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down and tap show all data, and screenshot this view for me?
I want to see if there was a segment recorded in your Apple Health sleep data.

Lani Kaida: Can you go through the segments and see if there's any samples that match the 10:46 PM - 1:55 AM timestamp?

Grey There are segments that match that time stamp. However, they come from my phone and not my apple watch. As I look through the rest of my data, I see that it's normal for my phone to record extra data that my watch doesn't have, but Bevel usually will only take the sleep data from my watch. This time seems to be the exception.

Lani Kaida: Got it. We're working on a fix for this. It happens rarely when you have two sleep segments that are far enough from each other. In this case, the phone recorded a sleep segment and the watch recorded another one (when you actually went to sleep).
