Hi Marcos, Thanks for reporting this. Can you please confirm if your iCloud i logged in and if you have enough storage left in it?
Also, are all your tags and logs synced now? If not, you will have to give it a bit more time to fully sync.

Sorry if my way of passing the information about the issue wasn’t clear enough. I haven’t lost the journal data. I lost the customization done to the journal screen as to show the extra data point I want to keep track daily, like if I took some medicine or used a CPAP machine, when I installed the app on the new phone I had to customize the journal screen again to track new data points.
Trying to summarize I see my past data on insights, but had to customize the journal screen to enter new data points for non default insights.
I do have plenty of storage left on iCloud and opened this ticket some good 48h after doing the device switch.

Marcos: I see, so you meant to say that after you hard reset your phone, and installed Bevel again, all your Journal customizations were reset to default and you have to manually add/toggle them again?

Not braking, but could make a less experienced user utterly confused and maybe think their data is gone, you know?

Marcos: Hi Marcos, thank you for reporting this. We will investigate this on our end but most likely this is an edge case where it only happens to users who did a "factory reset" of their devices.
I will close this ticket for now.
