I am also having this problem, I have disconnected and reconnected the sensor and also made sure the app is up to date and the settings match. Any ideas. The data appears in the LibreLinkUp app fine.

Nathan: Hi Nathan, thanks for reporting this. Can you please go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> apps -> Bevel -> tap "Turn OFF all" -> "Turn ON all" see if this helps fix it for you?

Randell I can try that, it’s pulling the data from LibreLinkUp though, there is no CGM data in Apple

Unfortunately this did not help, I have sent the logs through also

Nathan: Hi Nathan, thanks for the update on this. Can you please try to log out and log in to the LibreLinkUp app and see if this will fix the issue for you? Make sure you agree to the update ToS as well if it pops up.
Also, can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom, check if you are on Bevel 2.2.9? Screenshot the view for me if possible.

Also, please go to Apple Health -> Blood Glucose -> scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data" then screenshot the view for me.

Randell is there a way I can share things with you without posting them in a public forum?

Nathan: Yes, please send it to email hello@bevel.health

Randell I think I’ve found the problem. I control my apps, eg if I’m not inputting data to a specific app I don’t give it permission to write to Apple Health, only read permissions.
I’ve just enabled Bevel to write Blood Glucose data to Apple Health and now it’s appeared in the app.
I’d your procedure in the app to read from LibreLinkUp, write the data to Apple Health, and then read it back into Bevel?
Randell
Nathan: Yes, that is correct. I see, that make sense now. I believe everything is now working as expected?
N
Nathan
Randell I assume this is the same with other data input into Bevel as well, so I need to give it write permission on everything regardless?
Randell
Nathan: Yes, since Bevel "reads" from Apple Health. Unless there is a direct integration however, we don't have any direct integration with other apps yet so everything must be synced to Apple Health for Bevel to read it.

Randell would the unit type make a difference. Apple give the option but Bevel uses a different unit to libre
Randell
Luke Buckley: Hi Luke, can you try to disconnect and reconnect the CGM <> Bevel again then check if this will fix it?
Also, force close the Bevel app first (Swipe up).
Randell
Luke Buckley: Can you try to set in Apple to match the one in Bevel? This shouldn't make any difference but we can check and see.

Randell I changed the unit type, disconnected CMG, forced quit bevel and then reconnected the CMG. Still no luck. I have resent logs

Luke Buckley: Hey luke, can you please check if you are on the latest version of the app?
As I have instructed above, please update it to the latest version first which is 2.0.3, you can check the version of the app you are in by going to Bevel -> Profile -> scroll down to the bottom

I have same problem with Libre 2 as described. Bevel has access to Apple Health Blood Glucose. No data showing in Bevel.
Could that be because of different units mmol/L vs mg/dL?
Randell
Jiri Matela: Hi Jiri, Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Send logs to developer"
Then let me know the Apple ID/Email you have used to log in/register in Bevel
