Hi Zach Macaulay, Let me check this with you. Could you please confirm which specific data you’re referring to that you’re not seeing in Bevel?
Please note that data stored in iCloud, such as your Journal entries, Custom Foods in Nutrition, Recipes, etc. — should eventually sync to your new phone. When upgrading devices, it can sometimes take iCloud anywhere from 24–48 hours (and occasionally a few days) to fully restore your data.
In some cases, iCloud may fail to transfer certain data — this is a known issue on Apple’s end.
If this happens, the best solution is to perform a full reset and use phone-to-phone transfer instead of relying solely on iCloud.
Unfortunately, this is outside our control, but we’re actively working on migrating this data away from iCloud to prevent this issue in the future
However, metric data such as HRV, RHR, RR, Sleep, and similar information are stored in Apple Health which should sync right away as long as the data is in there.

Randell I have given it 4days. And none of my data has returned.
I have no history for any of the categories/metrics that bevel offer.
I still have my saved workouts. But all actual “data” is no longer there

Randell and its like this throughout the whole app, with every health metric. HRV, RR, Sleep, blood oxygen, Temp, RHR. My history/calendar is empty.
+. There is probably more that I’m missing but you should get the picture.

Zach Macaulay: I see. Do you happen to remember which calculation setup are you using on your previous phone? Was it the default calculation setup which is Bevel + Entire Sleep?
The missing data on your screenshots here seems to be data that should be in Apple Health and it should have synced right away.

Randell - I just upgraded my phone and I’m having the same issue. No data and my phone bevel app won’t sync. It says it syncing but just keeps spinning and never finishes syncing. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Adam Seitman: Hi Adam, can you please try going to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> Turn OFF all -> Turn ON all, see if this helps?

Zach Macaulay: Hi Zach, I'd like to follow up on this. Are you still not seeing the data in Bevel? Can you please check all the Data Sources in Bevel (Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources) see if all of your devices are listed there as a source
