When you said you performed a sync, is the same steps below?
- Open Garmin Connect and perform a sync.
- Force-close the Bevel app and reopen it.
- Check if the data is now syncing correctly.

Randell ya I followed the step you said but still lost the data , even it synced the sleeping data last night
