Have tried just about every combo of workout data feeds and can’t see all workouts even though they’re showing in Apple Health. Also doesn’t seem to be linking to Garmin Connect. Really don’t want to change to another app but feels like the data import/sync has become very buggy. I’ve tried clearing cache and resync, I’ve even tried deleting account and restarting. Is this a known issue? Are others having the same problems in the last several weeks? is there any way to truly delete the whole account and start absolutely fresh? When I did the delete on my own, it still appeared to carry over everything I had set up previously.

Hi Chris Fleener, Please note that the app pull data in Apple Health, if you do have existing data in Apple Health- even if you delete your account, it will still pull it in.
For your issue with syncing, is it specific to Garmin Integration only or the app itself as well? Are you able to provide more information by sending screenshots?

Randell Garmin integration doesn’t seem to be for me. Here’s an example of what I’m seeing. I have AI telling me it can see I did a cycling and weight lifting workout on 12/15 and my strain graph appears to see it, but my strain circle guage does not and my daily log showing lifting but no cycling event. I have no idea where to start solving this so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Chris Fleener: Hi, thanks for the info that you have provided. In regards to the cycling even that you are referring to, can you please confirm if this was logged/recorded via Garmin or via Other app/device -> Garmin -> Bevel?

Randell it was performed using trainer road which then sends to garmin and in the past, it has synced to bevel just fine. attached is the screenshot of it in garmin today and as it was on the 15th, but this is now the case for all of the garmin workouts.

Just finished another workout and am including screenshots. It made its way from TrainerRoad to Connect and connect to Apple Health but despite Bevel showing that it has synced with Garmin, it's still not showing up there for today.

if it matters at all, feel free to entirely reset my account, i'm not worried about losing any historical nutrition or other data, as long as we can figure out a way to get all of my garmin data back in.

Chris Fleener: Hi Chris. if you have workouts syncing from other apps into Garmin and you’re using the Garmin Connect integration, unfortunately this is a current limitation. Garmin doesn’t send workout data through Bevel’s Garmin Direct Integration. To get the data into Bevel, you’ll need to use the Garmin Connect → Apple Health → Bevel setup instead.
Let me know if it is a bit confusing for you, I can try to make it more clearer.

Randellok, so that's a bit confusing but it sounds like i should have the garmin integration and the "Connect" connection both disabled and just sync everything through apple health. the problem i have now is that I can see all of my garmin cycling workouts in apple health but they still are not appearing in bevel.

Here's where I am...both Garmin integration and Connect disabled in workouts. Health connected. Connect passed today's workout to Apple Health just fine but it's still not making it to Bevel.

Another cycling activity today that didn't making it across. So, here's what I tried. I added just the "Connect" feed and now it's showing the activity, but none of the HR data seems to be making it over. As a result, it's not giving me any strain score. Interestingly, however, I figured I'd try Athytlic and PeakWatch, just to see what those apps did, and they each are getting the activity as well but will all of the necessary cardiac data. I want to keep using Bevel though, because your interface is SO much better, but I can't for the life of me figure out why it's not working for me at this point. Would it help to delete my entire account on your side and just have me start over?

RandellHi Randell. I did some more testing and screen captures above but it looks like maybe they posted as replied to me instead of to you? Hopefully you're able to see them still and something will make it all make sense soon. If you can't see them, I'll repost to you and thanks for your continued consideration.

RandellHi Randell. I thought I had done this before, but I must have done them both separately and not together. Yesterday I deleted my account AND deleted the app and its data at the same time. After reinstalling everything seems to be working again. Whew!!
