Hi @Rowan Fuller, Can you please check the following for me:

Bevel -> Nutrition -> 3 dot Icon (Upper right corner) -> Nutrition Settings -> under "Apple Health" tab, can you please check if everything is toggled ON?
Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> try to re-trigger the permissions by tapping "Turn OFF all" and then "Turn ON all" again.

once you've done and verified the things above, please try to log your food again and see if the macros will reflect now.
