I often play volleyball spontaneously and don't wear my Apple Watch on my wrist. Nevertheless, I would like this training to be rated for my workload. So far I've had a “trick” to get around this problem.
I added the training manually and then created some heart rate values separately & then Bebel took this heart data & calculated the stress value from this.
Unfortunately, the heart values I enter manually are no longer counted. Has there been an update on this or are there tricks on how to enter the load value “by feeling”? It should be calculated correctly in the future.
