The temperature is not recorded for 12 days. I’m using Apple Watch Ultra. I have checked the Apple Health and the All Data has captured its data but somehow it’s not showing on Bevel.

Winner: Does it fall within your sleep period? 9:15 AM? If not, can you please change "Entire Sleep" to Entire Day" in Bevel calculations for your SpO2 and see if this will work?

Randell Yes, it is for that period. 😅 I have changed all Entire day. Is this right? And the temperature will be displayed subsequently?

Randell Ohh got it! I have just resumed the settings back and set "Entire Sleep" only for SpO2.

But how would I know if it works? The data was missing on 8 Apr and was resumed on 20 Apr. How would I know if the setting has rectified the missing data issue?

The reason why we are setting up the "Use SpO2 from" to "Entire Day" is because I noticed that some of the data from your previous screenshots, the watch might have wrote it outside of your sleep schedule which is why "Entire Sleep" is not working.

Randell I have changed the SpO2 from" to "Entire Day". The rest remains the same.

But how would the data on SpO2 affects the missing temperature from 8 to 20 Apr?

Winner: Is it still not showing on your end? Can you try clearing the cache and reloading the data? To do this, go to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Clear Cache & Reload Data."

Also, just to clarify: when using "Entire Day," the app looks at data from the full day, beyond your sleep schedule. If you select "Entire Sleep," it will only consider data within your recorded sleep period.

Winner: Can you try to reinstall the app? also, before doing that, please try to retrigger the permissions in Apple Health. Go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> Retrigger "Turn OFF all" "Turn ON all" then go back to Bevel, force close and open it up again.

Randell I have just tried retriggered the permissions and reinstalled the app. Both methods still present the same issue; missing temperature readings during that said period.

Randell Yes there is a chart. It is also displaying the missing temperature that is not showing on bevel.

Hi Winner, Can you please share a screenshot of the following for me?

Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation -> Screenshot the "Other" tab view.
Apple Health -> Temp Data in Apple Health tab -> Scroll down to "Show all data", screenshot the view for me. I'd like to check when did you watch logged the data.
