SpO2 no trends available

The SpO2 data suddenly stopped appearing. This issue began yesterday. Although the Health app updates daily, I can no longer see the data in Bevel.

Hi Melissa Martin, Let me help you with this.
Can you please send a screenshot of what your Calculations look like in Bevel? Please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculations. screenshot this view for me.
I'd like to confirm your calculation setup first.

Melissa Martin: Thanks for the screenshot. Can you please send a screenshot of the following for me:
Data Sources in Bevel: Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Heart Rate. Screenshot this view for me.
Sleep Stages in Apple Health: Go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down to "Show all Data" and tap it. Screenshot the view for me.
Also please send a screenshot of your raw HRV and Heart Rate data in Apple Health that falls within your sleep schedule.
Go to Apple Health -> HRV -> Show all Data -> Tap on Today's data -> Screenshot a good chunk of data that falls within your Sleep Stages/Schedule. Same for Heart Rate
Were you able to wear your watch when you slept last night?

Randell hi Randell yes I wore my watch when I slept last night. Here are the screenshots you asked for! I hope these are what you need to see, thanks!
Randell
Melissa Martin: Hi, Thanks for the screenshots.
However, I think you missed 1 or 2 screenshots that I need.
Can you please send these:
Data Sources in Bevel: Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Heart Rate. Screenshot this view for me.
Data Sources in Bevel: Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Sleep. Screenshot this view for me.
It should look like the screenshot I attached below
My apologies that I requested a lot of screenshots, I need to verify most of this for me to be able to narrow down what might be causing this issue

Randell here you go!

Melissa Martin: Hi, following up on this. Were you able to get the missing metrics for today reflected to Bevel? Your setup settings seems correct when I looked at it. Can you please send a screenshot of what your Bevel app home view looks like today?
Also, do you have AFib History turned On?
M
Melissa Martin
Randell hi, it was working great yesterday, everything was showing but then today it’s back to missing the same hrv, rhr and spO2 info
I do not have afib turned on.

Melissa Martin
Here are screenshots of today vs yesterday
Randell
Melissa Martin: I see. Thanks for the update and screenshots.
Is it okay if we verify again if you have enough HRV and Heart Rate data on your Apple Health app that falls within your Sleep Schedule/Sleep time?
Also, can you turn On your AFib History? While not required, it is recommended that you turn on AFib History on your Apple Watch so it can record more heart rate samples during sleep and please make sure that you wear your watch properly before sleeping + turning off power saving mode.

Hi Melissa Martin, I'd like to ask for an update on this. Are you still having this issue?

Toni
Hi Randell, thanks for the hint. Switched to Apple Health as a source and its taking the HRV. It is the rMSSD based average of the night. Thats the value I am syncing to Apple Health from Oura. I guess youd calculate the same value based on the Apple Watch data? So its fine, just no Spo2 but its not really relevant here anyways I guess.
Randell
Toni: Hi, Thanks for the update. Glad that this is now working for you. Yes, you are correct- since you are syncing Oura's HRV data which is I believe in the rMSSD method and your Bevel's calculation setup is Apple Health, Bevel will take whatever the value is in Apple Health as is.
For the Spo2 - You can refer to this post from one user who's using Oura as well and Grey's response to it on our Subreddit page: https://www.reddit.com/r/bevelhealth/comments/1f4k8gy/temp_and_spo2_data_source/
I will close this ticket now for you.
Randell
Hi Toni, Can you check if your HRV data that was logged by Oura falls within your sleep stages? Can you please send a screenshot of your sleep stages in Bevel and your HRV data in Apple Health
- Bevel -> Sleep -> Primary Sleep. Screenshot this view for me
- Apple Health -> HRV -> Scroll down to Show all data and tap the hrv log from Oura. Screenshot the view for me
Also, send a screenshot of your Calculations settings in Bevel. Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customizations -> Calculation. Screenshot this view for me
Grey
Thanks Roberto Alonso. In SpO2 in Apple Health, can you scroll down and tap show all data and share with me a screenshot of that?
Roberto Alonso
Grey Sure!
Roberto Alonso
Grey When I woke up this morning, SpO2 was showing. It looks like is working well again
Grey
Roberto Alonso: It looks like you are syncing SpO2 data over from Shortcuts.
Are you copying this data from another device like Oura?
Can you share your sleep stages chart for me on Bevel?
Roberto Alonso
Grey Yes, I'm using shortcuts to copy data of my Oxygen, HRV and Temperature from Oura to Health App, since Oura itself doesn't do it.
Sure, here you have it!
P.s: By the way, everything is working well as mentioned above
