Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant: I see, Can you please rearrange the data sources by putting your AWU as the 1st source then Bevel as 2nd. Once done, it should be good to go moving forward.
I will close this ticket now.
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant
i follow rthe steps from the apple watch but could you please conform that it need 7 days to appear data? still here my apple watch is not listed
Sleep -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Data Sources & Access" -> Under "Data Sources" d
Randell
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant For the Recovery score to appear in Bevel, you must log two Full nights of sleep as your Baseline.
Let's try again tonight, make sure that you have your Sleep schedule set up, and if you want to make sure, activate “Sleep Focus” when you are about to sleep for better tracking.
Also, never turn on Low-power mode as this prevents the watch from tracking your HR or Overnight vitals.
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant
the fact that also recovery data are not been tracked is it because sleep data are not tracked?
Randell
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant: Yes, if you are in the recommended default calculation setup. Please note that Bevel needs your overnight data such as RHR, HRV, Sleep for it to calculate your Recovery score.
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant
Randell so how can i check RHR, HRV data are activated in order to make sure that the app is working?
Randell
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant: Okay, so what we can do here is to setup your Apple Watch first in order for it to track your sleep, once it is tracking your sleep, it will track your overnight data (RHR, HRV, etc).
Can you please confirm if the link I sent below was able to help you from setting it up so that your Apple Watch is the one that's tracking your sleep?
Please go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Data Sources & Access" -> Under "Data Sources" do you see your Apple Watch listed in there?
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant
Randell no,
how can i add it
Randell
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant: You can follow the links below on how to set it up.
Also, which Apple Watch model are you using? and what watchOS version it is in?
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant
yes i am wearing it,
Randell
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant For reference, here is what it should look like when your Apple Watch is the one who’s tracking your Sleep.
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant
Randell i think is the same with the screenshot you mentin
Randell
Hi Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant can you please share a screenshot of the following for me
- Bevel home view
- Apple Health -> Sleep -> scroll down to the bottom, tap “show all data” screenshot the view for me
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant
Randell
Randell
Tarik Dimitriou-Chamant: It looks like your watch isn’t tracking your sleep. Have you set up your Apple Watch to track sleep in Apple Health? Do you have a sleep schedule configured under Apple Health -> Sleep? Also, just to confirm, are you wearing your watch while sleeping?
