I will try to wear my Apple Watch tonight and see how it goes.

Julia Jahoda: Gotcha, make sure that you have your Sleep schedule setup, turn On your Sleep focus before you sleep (Optional) and never turn On low-power mode as this prevents the watch from recording your overnight vitals.
Keep me posted tomorrow for this. Thanks!

Randell will do! Thank you very much for the advice!

I am sorry it is my fault. I did not realize it was pulled from sleep data. I don’t use Apple Watch to track my sleep. I use Ultrahuman instead.

Julia Jahoda: We should be able to make this one work as long as you are able to sync your Ultrahuman data in Apple Health then Bevel can pull the data in.
Have you tried syncing your data to Apple Health? Can you try to configure on syncing it, here are some links that I think are useful for you: https://www.reddit.com/r/Ultrahuman/comments/1ec8n7g/apple_health_sync/
Once you confirmed that these data are in Apple Health, please comment back in so we can setup the correct calculation method for you.

Thank you, I am trying to replace my Ultrahuman with this app. So I will skip that for now. Hopefully I will not be needing my Ultrahuman any. Thanks for your help!

Hi Julia Jahoda, Let me help you with this. Can you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing in Bevel and your data in Apple Health?
- Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Heart Rate, screenshot the view for me.
- Apple Health -> Heart Rate -> Scroll down to "Show all data", tap on today's log and screenshot the view for me of your recent HR data log.
Also, I would suggest that you check the permissions if you just installed Bevel. Go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> Check if everything is toggled ON.

Julia Jahoda: Hi it seems like your recent HR data is being pulled in as intended. (See on your screenshot under Stress & Enery, the last update was 9:02 AM.)
For the Health monitor metrics (RR, RHR, HRV,etc) these are all recorded and pulled out during your sleep. Can you please confirm how do you track your sleep? Looking at your screenshot it seems like your latest data was way back last March.
Is it possible if you share a screenshot of your raw sleep data in Apple Health? Go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down to "Show all data", tap it and screenshot the view for me.
