Has been working fine for last week, data is present?

Randell Fixed the issue - changed RHR to “Entire Day”. Strange as this was working before (the last app update) with the “During Sleep” setting. Anyway, all good now!

Joshua Squirrel: Hi Joshua, thanks for the update! Glad that this worked out on your end now.
Just to note that if you are using the RHR Method from Apple Health, it is required to change the Use RHR From to "Entire Day" this is because Apple Health writes its RHR data randomly throughout the day.
If you are using Oura's shortcut, Apple Health + Entire Day would be the best option because sometimes the data written from Oura to your Apple Health app doesn't fall within your Sleep Schedule/Sleep Time which is why there are times that "Entire Sleep" doesn't work.
I will close this ticket now. Thanks!

Hi Joshua Squirrel, Can you please send a screenshot of what your calculation settings look like?
Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculations. Screenshot this view for me

Thanks for the reply.
If I change the RHR calculation to Bevel, a RHR figure of 55 BPM is displayed, but this makes no sense based on the Apple Health data? Equally the ‘ Bevel’ setting has been working fine up until now?
To clarify the RHR data is from Oura and is a single reading of my lowest RHR during sleep

Hi Brittany Stubbs, I'm jumping in for Randell here. A couple more follow-up questions to help me debug:
- Are you wearing your Apple Watch to sleep?
- Can you go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> Scroll down, tap "Show all data," and share a screenshot of this page? It should look like something below.
