I am having the same issue. No recovery score shows up even though HRV is tracking as it should. But in the Bevel app the data is missing.
Randell
Louisa: Hi, Can you please provide screenshots of what your app looks like? It will help us better understand what might be causing this issue.
Your Sleep and Recovery View/Trends would be a good start for us to look at:
Recovery Trends (Recovery -> Scroll Down and screenshot this section)
Sleep Trends (Sleep -> Scroll Down and screenshot this section)
Sleep Data (Sleep -> Under Activities tap on "Primary Sleep" -> Screenshot this section + Sleep Stages chart)

Randell I can do that tomorrow, but I currently don’t have “Pro” since recovery is not working and I am holding off until it does.
Randell
Louisa: No worries. Please note that If a metric is missing, you can tap the “Why do I have no data?” card, and the app will provide an explanation why
Usually, it’s due to a combination of factors like not wearing the watch during sleep or missing baselines.

Louisa
Randell yeah I already looked into that, but everything works and is displayed correctly (also in health app) except for recovery.
Randell
Louisa: Following up on this, were you able to get a Recovery score today? Can you provide screenshots now?

Randell hey I totally forgot. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and so far everything seems to be working again. Hoping it stays that way :D
Randell
Louisa: I see, Please don't hesitate to submit a ticket if you are experiencing any other bugs or problems with your app. Thanks for the update!

Hi Scott Matthews, If a metric is missing, you can tap the “Why do I have no data?” card, and the app will provide an explanation why
Usually, it’s due to a combination of factors like not wearing the watch during sleep or missing baselines.
Also, can you please provide the following screenshot
Recovery Trends (Recovery -> Scroll Down and screenshot this section)
Sleep Trends (Sleep -> Scroll Down and screenshot this section)
Sleep Data (Sleep -> Under Activities tap on "Primary Sleep" -> Screenshot this section + Sleep Stages chart)
Also, are you using any other app aside from Apple Health (Apple Watch) when tracking your sleep?

Hi Randell
Thanks for the quick reply. It's the first time it's happened and definitely had it on.
Here are the screenshots. I've also attached my move screenshot... As you can see, there is continuous activity all night which I've never had before. Seems to not be a coincidence.
No, not using any other apps for sleep.

Scott Matthews: Hi Scott, thanks for providing screenshots. Can you please send a screenshot again of your HRV data in Apple Health?
Apple Health App -> Browse -> HRV -> Scroll Down -> Show all data (screenshot data of the day that is in concern with this ticket)
Also, can you please confirm if you have your AFib History turned on?

Scott Matthews: Thanks for that, it seems like your HRV data is as it should be.
You mentioned that you have a continuous activity all night, does it show up as an exercise?
Also, Can you please check also if all your Data sources are toggled off? (Default Priority)

No workout. Not sure what data sources you are referring to.
Randell
Scott Matthews You can find it when you Tap your Profile -> Data Sources. It should look like this on the screenshot below

Scott Matthews, Following up on this, were you able to get a Recovery score today?

Thanks for the follow up. Yes, it now seems to be tracking OK.
The constant active calories bug popped up in the middle of an un-tracked swim and did not stop until I did a yoga workout the next morning. All metrics have now been normal since and it confirmed I had a terrible recovery last night 😂.
Randell
Scott Matthews: Thanks for the update. I will close this ticket now.
If you have the time, can you please elaborate more on what that "constant calories bug" that you mentioned

Randell
Sure. Have a look at my Apple activity screenshot. There is a flat line or calorie burn that runs all through the night and started about the time I went for a casual swim (not recorded as an activity).
