Hi Alexa Chien, Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation, screenshot the whole view for me?
Also, I just wanted to confirm- are you tracking your Sleep and overnight vitals using the Ultrahuman ring?
Alexa Chien
Randell should I change HRV and RHR from Bevel to Apple Health?
sleep and overnight vitals are tracked by Ultrahuman ring, additional sleep data by Shuteye app. I don’t wear my Apple Watch overnight.
Randell
Alexa Chien: Hi, yes. Please change both RHR and HRV to Apple Health.
Also, I just wanted to confirm- is it only the Ultrahuman ring that is writing data like RHR, HRV, spO2, etc. to Apple Health? If so, can you please change the "Entire Sleep" to "Entire Day" as well. This way, Bevel will be able to pick up the data right away without the restrictions of "Entire Sleep" range.
Alexa Chien
Randell Thanks! I got RHR and HRV now. I don’t think I have SpO2 source, but Temp should show up, have it from Apple health
Randell
Alexa Chien: can you check in Apple Health if the latest data is in there for both Temp and RR?
If it is Body Temperature, please change the Temp method to "Body" on your calculation setup.
Also, you can hide a tile/metric on the Health Monitor view if you aren't tracking this data at all by going to Bevel home view -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Edit Home" -> Health Monitor -> "Edit >".
Alexa Chien
Randell Got the body temp data now, thanks!
So I checked apple health, I am tracking blood oxygen and Respiratory rate via Apple watch, any clues why it’s not showing?
Randell
Alexa Chien: Can you please scroll down on both of those screenshot, tap "Show all data" then screenshot the view for me?
I'd like to verify when is the latest where it tracked your data
Alexa Chien
Randell seems like my RR stats stopped tracking regularly since Jan, with Jun only 2 data points. Not sure why that is…
Randell
Alexa Chien: For your RR, it seems like the one that is logging the data is from your Apple Watch, not Oura. Are you not wearing your Apple Watch anymore?
Alexa Chien
Randell i am wearing my apple watch everyday, it just stopped tracking since jun. I'll try to find out why, so if i fix this part, I should get RR data in Bevel right? For SpO2, it's the Blood Oxygen data from my apple watch, the 2nd screen grab I attached above, it's been tracking regularly, but not going into Bevel.
Randell
Alexa Chien: Hm, I see. Can you please check if the SpO2 log for today falls within your Sleep period? or if it does fall within today's log?
To check this, please go to Apple Health -> SpO2 -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap "Show all data", screenshot the view for me.
same as your screenshot from your previous response.
I am thinking if it falls within your Sleep period but not on today's log, it might be better to use "Entire Sleep" here for it.
