Though this applies to RR, RHR and HRV, etc. attaching an example screenshot where throughout the day it captured my HRV but still not importing into bevel

Attaching screenshots that show in Bevel strain and recovery are blank but in my apple health everything is tracking
Randell
Talin Thanks for the screenshot. Can you go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation. Screenshot this view for me as well?

Also interconnected is the energy bank calculation appears way too low despite good sleep

Talin: Hi, I see that you have the Entire Sleep setup. This setup will only consider your overnight readings (HRV, RHR) during your sleep.
You sent 1 screenshot earlier with the raw data of your HRV (which I think the reading is not enough data as it normally does log), can you send your RHR raw data as well? Since you are using Bevel, you can go to Apple Health -> Heart Rate -> Show all data -> Screenshot a good chunk of Heart Rate data for me during your sleep.
Randell
Talin: Can you send me a screenshot of your raw sleep data as well? Did you wear your watch to sleep? Please go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> scroll down to "Show all Data" and tap it. Screenshot this view for me.

Randell yes I’ve worn it sleep and all data is tracking in APPLE HEALTH just not pulling to Bevel. This is true for all metrics. It’s annoying to have to screenshot each one but you get this gist - this is for RHR as you requested
Randell
Talin: I'd like to see your HRV and RHR (HR data, since you are using the Bevel method) raw data during your sleep to check if you have enough data logged from your Apple Watch. Most of the time, there are cases where it only logs 4-5 data which is not enough for Bevel to read.
Usually, this gets fixed by turning On AFib if you haven't yet or making sure that your watch is worn comfortably tight along with a fully charged watch to avoid low power mode at night or when you are sleeping, leading to less reading.
For example, your screenshot above for HRV, only logged 4-5 raw data from 12:16 AM to 8:46 AM which I only assumed since I haven't saw your Sleep data duration yet (When it started and when it ended)
So if you could please send me a screenshot of your raw data then we can figure out what is causing this issue

Randell I don’t have sleep data for the 24th (everything else I have). But the point is for the 23rd I have sleep data + Hrv +RHR and every other metric and bevel is showing blank
Afib is already turned on
Randell
Talin: Can you swipe from left to right or tap the calendar on your Home overview in Bevel to check which metrics are missing on your 23rd of November? The screenshot that you sent before this is for the 24th of November where you don't have a sleep log so it is expected that you will have blank data for the 24th.
Your sleep log as you confirmed from your screenshot is only from 22-23rd of November latest.
Please note that your overnight readings (during your sleep) will only reflect for the following day. For example: If you have overnight HRV, RHR, RR, and Sleep data for the 23-24 then it should show on your 24th of November Bevel home view.

Randell though I don’t have sleep data I still have overnight data though. Nothing appears to be missing on the 23rd. It’s the 24th and after where I have overnight data but it’s not showing. Here are examples where I have readings from the 24th on

Talin Hi, Your calculation setup is “Entire Sleep” for both HRV and RHR, this means that the app will read your metrics during your sleep period. Since you don’t have sleep data logged in your Apple Health, it won’t be able to show you the calculation of your metrics during that sleep time frame.
It needs to determine your sleep period and the data logged during that sleep for it to show you your metric scores and average data.
Can you try again tonight? This time, make sure that you have your sleep schedule on or you turn on your Sleep focus so that your Apple Watch can track your sleep.
T
Talin
Randell it tracked it for the night before but last night I have sleep data and other data (HRV + RR) that didn’t pull in. All calculations stayed the same - I’m not going to go through and resend screenshots of those
T
Talin
Also not sure if this is the same or different ticket but the energy bank calculations (even on days where it properly tracked sleep) is WAY OFF and doesn’t make any sense
Randell
Talin: Thanks for the update and the screenshots that you have provided.
Please note that without the screenshots I wouldn't be able to accurately confirm and determine what might be causing this issue for you, I really appreciate every time you send them to me.
Looking at your prior 3 screenshots regarding the issue where you have HRV and RHR data in Apple Health but Bevel wasn't able to pull that in, it seems like you don't have enough data again.
This is because during your sleep period which is from 10 PM to 5 AM, your watch only logged 3 set of data.
Please note that the data being considered here is during your sleep period, if you have enough data (HRV,RHR, etc) during your sleep then Bevel should be able to calculate and pull that in and give you a score.
I attached my own screenshot of what my HRV raw data looks like for a 4 hour sleep time period.

Randell but even during periods where it actually tracks i still have 3-5 calculations and my sleep recovery score calculates. Yes, I don’t have as many as yours but for periods where data exists it’s still possible with not as many data points as yours.
What do you recommend here? Betweeen to is + the energy bank data which is odd I don’t know if it makes sense to renew my subscription with bevel. I really wanted to love this app.

Talin: Hi Talin, let me take over for Randell and help you sort out these issues.
If I can summarize correctly, are these the two issues you are seeing?
- Data not being pulled into Bevel.
- Energy Bank is off.
For 1), when data is not being pulled in, are you wearing your watch to sleep and tracking your sleep?
For 2), can you explain by what you mean that Energy Bank is off? Your Energy Bank chart looks normal to me.
Grey
For 1), you can check if you have sleep tracking enabled when you go to Apple Health -> Sleep and see these sleep stages chart
If it's a single color bar, then that means sleep was not tracked that night.
T
Talin
Grey correct summarization of the issues, yes.
For #1- the only 2 days I didn’t wear it was Nov 24th and 25th. Those are NOT the days I’m referring to. As an example, I’m referring to the 26th (last night) which had data tracked (see screenshot) but did not pull into Bevel - wouldn’t it need to pull into the Nov 27th screen to show the night before (aka your sleep + recovery)?
For #2 - what I mean by “off” is that the energy data is only tracking negatives but not positives like sleep.
