The information in the app on the cell phone and on the watch is different from what the complications in AW show.

My recovery and sleep scores are not displaying the same on Apple Watch as they are on my phone. Is there a fix for this?
Randell
Hi Justus Woell, Let me try and help you with this.
Can you check for me if you have the full 30 days of data on your Apple Watch? You can check by going to the Bevel Watch app and see if your Sleep/Recovery has 30 days data bar chart. Can you kindly send a screenshot for me?
J
Justus Woell
Randell yes, both show a full data bar chart.
Randell
Justus Woell Gotcha, did you recently change your calculation settings on Bevel? Can you please send a screenshot of what your calculations look like? Bevel -> Customization -> Calculations
Also, can you please try to restart your Apple Watch and phone to see if it fixes the issue?
J
Justus Woell
Randell done, here are my calculation settings. I reset, and now the Apple Watch sleep and recovery metrics are both +1% point off my phone.

Justus Woell: Hi Justus, I'm jumping in for Randell here. A few questions to help us debug:
- Do you have enough space on your iCloud?
- Can you tap on the cloud button on your watch Bevel home screen, and screenshot that for me?
J
Justus Woell
Grey yes, I have 15+ gigs in iCloud right now. This is what my sync button looks like.
Grey
Justus Woell: Thanks. Ok this screenshot explains why your numbers are not matching up. For some reason, your iCloud is not syncing over values.
Are you on iOS 18 or WatchOS 11? Did you login to iCloud on your Apple Watch?
We're working on a separate solution that will not require you to have iCloud data synced moving forward.

Grey okay, I’m running 17.5.1 right now and watchOS 10.

Apple ID is now signed in, and I’m getting correct values in the app, but the sleep widget on my watch face is showing the wrong numbers. When I click on it, the score is correct in-app but displays wrong.

Justus Woell: Hey Justus, I want to check in again. Are your scores still not aligned on the watch?
Randell
Hi Juan Sebastián Quijano Rodríguez,Since we haven't heard back from you, we will be closing this ticket. If you're still experiencing the issue, please let me know, and I will reopen it to take a further look at your case.
Randell
Hi Juan Sebastián Quijano Rodríguez I just want to follow up on this issue, are you still experiencing this one?

I also have this issue with the Stress complication. It does not match the reading in the phone app unless I touch it to open the Bevel watch app, which prompts it to update.
I have restarted the phone and the watch but it made no difference.
Randell
Gareth Rees: Hi, A delay between the app and the Apple Watch complication is normal. This depends on when the Watch OS allows the complication to refresh. In our case, this delay can be about 10-30 minutes. However, after this initial delay, it should update promptly.
Randell
Hi Juan Sebastián Quijano Rodríguez, Can you try to restart your watch and see if it fixes the issue? This will force a sync between the Phone app and Watch app.
