RHR from Apple Watch (via Apple Health) not synced with Bevel

Hi,
My Resting Heart Rate (RHR) values in Apple Health are recorded daily via my Apple Watch Ultra 2. However, these values are not syncing with Bevel, despite all standard troubleshooting.
I’ve attached multiple screenshots for reference:
• RHR is correctly logged in Apple Health (screenshot 1), showing clear data and trends
• In Bevel, RHR appears as “No Data” (screenshot 2)
• No RHR trend is displayed in Bevel’s analytics (screenshot 3)
• All other health data (HRV, SpO2, Sleep, etc.) syncs properly from Apple Health into Bevel (screenshot 3)
Setup info:
• Device: Apple Watch Ultra 2
• RHR source: Apple Health (set to “All Day”)
• Data is logged automatically, not manually entered
• Bevel permissions: fully enabled for Apple Health sync
Let me know if there’s a known workaround, or if this is part of the sync issue currently “Planned (Soon)” as shown in the Garmin post.
Thanks for the help,
Bruno

Hi Bruno Perrin, Can you please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Resting Heart Rate, screenshot the view for me?
Also, I'd like to ask- Are you syncing your RHR data from Garmin to Apple Health?
Bruno Perrin
Randell Hi ! Here you go !
Randell
Bruno Perrin: I see, can you please change the "Use RHR From:" to "Entire Day" and this should fix the issue for you.
Please note that if you are using the Apple Health method, it is recommended to change it from "Entire Sleep" to "Entire Day" since Apple Health writes this data randomly throughout the day- not always during your sleep period which is why "Entire Sleep" doesn't work always.

Randell Thanks a lot for this fix, have a good one, cheers !
