Hello

I spoke to Randell some time ago. My HRV stats aren’t being pulled through from Apple health. I have changed the settings as recommended to Apple health and all day but nothing. My smart ring has 24/7 HRV? This spoils and make the £5.99 a month not good value

Hi robert snoddy, you are using RingConn, correct? Can you please send me some screenshots:

Bevel -> Data Sources -> HRV
Apple Health -> HRV -> Show All Data -> Today's data
Apple Health -> HRV -> Data Sources & Access (entire page)

robert snoddy: I don't see your RingConn within Apple Health, which is what Bevel pulls data from.
Can you confirm that RingConn is connected to Apple Health, or connect it if it isn't already? In RingConn app -> "Me" > "Data Management" > "Connect to Apple Health"
Let me know if this works.

robert snoddy: I see, it seems like RingConn unfortunately does not support sending their HRV metrics to Apple Health, so Bevel cannot pull that data in. They don't seem to have an open integration for third party developers at this moment either.

In the meantime, you can manually add your average nightly HRV values from RingConn in Apple Health -> HRV -> Add Data.
